Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

 

Customs fees, import duties, and taxes for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for items returned or misdelivered due to incorrect address information.

Lost or Damaged Items

Brin’s Window is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
